Onehunga Business Improvement District (BID) Area

The Onehunga Business Association is a business improvement district (BID) as qualified by the Auckland Council. The purpose of these to enhance the economic development of the local business community.

All BIDs are separate entities that set a targeted rate at their Annual General Meeting and this is collected by Auckland Council in return for meeting their BID Policy requirements. 

The Onehunga BID is made up of more than 400 permanent members who are either landlords or business owners within our boundaries of the town centre plus a smaller number of Associate Members.
