Onehunga Bay Reserve upgrade – new paths open

The Auckland Council has been undertaking a project to upgrade sections of the pathways at the Onehunga Bay Reserve. This commenced on Monday 18 June and will be completed by the end of August 2018. The new paths are now open for the general public to use (photos below). Please be aware that until a new gate is mounted midway along Beachcroft Avenue that the new pathway is one-way for wheelchairs, prams, bikes etc unless you cross the beach.
