The Onehunga Business Association launched Music on the Mall in 2020 in conjunction with The Culinary Crawl. In 2022, it will be run as a stand-alone community event on Saturday 29 October, 4:00pm until 8.00pm to celebrate spring in Onehunga. A section of Onehunga Mall will be closed off to traffic with live music on the street including a combination of cultural groups, easy-listening acoustic acts and high energy bands get people moving. There'll also be takeaway food options from our local eateries which can be enjoyed in the outdoor covered dining area. We are hoping to attract 1,000+ locals and visitors into our town centre for this event.
We will be relying on the generous support of sponsors to fund the entertainment for this event.
